What is the Mayako Youth Mentoring Program
Mayako and Invisible Speed are joining forces to offer more than just discounts for future racing. This collaboration aims to nurture and develop future champions by leveraging the expertise and active participation of individuals in your racing community.
Mayako provides the essential tools for growth, while Invisible Speed offers expert guidance and regional mentorship to elevate young racers to the next level in scale motorsports. Additionally, a dedicated Mayako community of racers worldwide will uplift and share their vast knowledge of racing, further enhancing the experience for all participants.
With this comprehensive support system, young racers will have everything they need to succeed and excel in the world of scale motorsports.
Youth Applicants
To apply for our Youth Mentoring Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Who?:
25 years old or younger, goal oriented.
Racing:
Take part in races locally, and if possible nationally/internationally. Motivated to improve your racing results by improving your skills and knowledge.
Discord & Social Media:
Engage regularly with the community and maintain a visible presence on social media, or provide Mayako with pictures/videos for updates.
Active in the Invisible Speed Coaching Program:
Participate consistently and show commitment to the program’s activities.
These criteria are designed to ensure that applicants are committed, engaged, and ready to grow within our program.

Engage regularly with the community and maintain a visible presence on social media, or provide Mayako with pictures/videos for updates.
Active in the Invisible Speed Coaching Program
Participate consistently and show commitment to the program’s activities.
Race & Community Support:
Provide assistance and support during races. Offer help and guidance to the broader community on Discord.
